This is a documentary consisting of 19 scenes of rural life, brought together by a blind singer, with no narratives, no subtitles, no traditional storytelling, no protagonists or antagonists, only the details of farmers’ everyday lives. “Yellow Sheep River” is a small rural village in the northwestern China. The simple life there is filled with vitality of the day-to-day trivia, which shows us the changing lights and shadows from dawn to dusk and from spring to winter.

1959年至今，西藏人流亡快半個世紀；自稱文明古國的中國政權，相較納粹對猶太人的大屠殺，到底迫害了多少藏人？吳米森從自身經驗出發，從身邊常見的西藏路、在台灣的西藏人與相關組織開始談起，關注流亡印度、美國、台灣等地藏人既真實又戲劇性的生命經驗，尋求「全部真實」和「心靈真實」的心路歷程，同時也反思台灣自身的狀態。

In 2006, a railroad was finished to connect Tibet with the Qinghai Province. But what is a train like? A wandering iron dragon? What does it predict then? Since 1959, the Tibetans have been in exile for half a century. The government of China prosecutes them culturally and spiritually. Exactly how many Tibetans have been killed? The answer is still unknown to us.This is a film recording the real experiences of the Tibetans abroad, including India, the United States, Taiwan, etc.

With strong willpower, four women remain in their unhappy marriages for the sake of their children and seek passionately for their dignity and freedom. But a bad marriage not only damages them, it also hurts their children. A child who witnesses his father beating his mother or is beaten along with his mother may have doubts about love. How do these four women face all the difficulties in life? And how will they make their futures better?

台東聖賢宮，一間小廟，兩名練八家將的少年，日常的生活樣貌。影片藉由幾個練將少年在廟裡參與八家將活動和現實生活的遭遇，來觀看台東的生活環境、廟堂的八家將文化，甚至黑道生態。扮成家將便成為神明，卸下神明的裝扮，則回歸少年的身份，導演近身跟拍練將少年，紀錄他們這一年中的轉變，不加旁白詮釋，也不做價值判斷。

In southeastern Taiwan, the Taitung County is famous for its Lantern Festival culture. The film picks a small temple and records the traditional ritual of “Eight Song Commanders” by two teen performers. Through their performance and daily experiences, we’re able to understand Taitung, the temple subculture and even the gangsters. The ritual of “Eight Song Commanders” is to guard and pray for our people, but why do many of us have bad impressions of these teens?

1979年台灣發生多氯聯苯毒油事件，成為環境公害史上最嚴重的悲劇。三十年後，台灣已成為亞洲最民主國家之一，但油症受害者卻無人聞問。影片尋訪當年不幸中毒的惠明學校盲生與窮鄉居民，探索毒油事件的科學真相；而被遺忘的油症倖存者，以及生來即帶有餘毒的第二代，只能憑著意志力，與血液中的世紀之毒進行唐吉軻德式的永生搏鬥。

In 1979, two major incidents happened in Taiwan: the PCBs poisoning, which damaged our environment drastically, and the Kaohsiung Formosan Incident, which was a turning point in Taiwan’s history. 30 years later, Taiwan became the most democratic nation in Asia, but the victims of the PCBs poisoning have disappeared without a trace. This film locates several victims and tries to uncover the scientific truth of it. The forgotten survivors and their children are still fighting with the remaining poison in their blood…

繼《海有多深》、《山有多高》之後，湯湘竹的「回家三部曲」最終曲。導演在台東都蘭部落，遇到了阿美族木雕藝術家希巨‧蘇飛，發現部落裡曾有一群少年階級，在二戰後被國民黨帶往中國，參加一場不知為何而戰的戰爭。存活下來的士兵，有的投共，有的跟著軍隊返台，絕大部分則客死他鄉；荒謬而悲慘的生命故事一個個從當事人口中展開。 

20 years ago, the director of this film read an article about the Taiwanese veterans and learned they had the same experiences as his father did. They were forced by the war to leave their hometowns, and 40 years later, the survivors were finally home. In Taitung, the director meets Siki Sufin, an Amis young woodcarving artist. Together they set off on a journey in search for the surviving veterans, from the Dulan tribe to several major cities in Mainland China.

1941年太平洋戰爭爆發，台灣人大量被動員投入戰場。終戰時這些台灣軍屬有173人被當戰犯審判，21人被判「絞首刑」，其餘被關進集中營。他們在政府的漠視、遺棄、監控下，背著沉重的枷鎖，在底層打拼討生活。透過影音紀錄幾近凋零的二戰台籍戰犯，與這些老人家們作心靈的對話，從常民的觀點檢視歷史，並引出戰爭與人性之間的一些問題。

Heat Sun tries to discuss some issues on wars and humanity. The Pacific War broke out in December, 1941, and many Taiwanese were mobilized to the battles. But while some died on the battlefields, most of them were neglected, forsaken or even monitored after the war, struggling for survival. They dare not look back on their experiences during the war, describing them as the darkest memories of their lives. After they have lost their so-called motherland, they don’t know where to go anymore.

《翻滾吧男孩》林育賢再度以運動為題材之作。花蓮富源村富源國小的少棒隊在全國少棒比賽中實力堅強，但張茂三教練認為有比球賽勝負更重要的事。因為棒球，孩子們願意到校上課，成績跟不上，教練不讓打球；因為棒球，家長開始參與孩子的生活，出賽或操練，都需要家長的協助；也因為棒球，張教練從孩子身上得到再進修的動力。

The 6^th inning is the last inning of the Little League game, also a turning point of the game. Eight years ago, Chang Mao-shan, a coach, introduced baseball into Fuyuan, a village in eastern Taiwan. The Fuyuan Little League team has been regarded as a prominent team for the National League. However, in Chang’s mind, what comes more important than the game results is the change of the young players and their parents. Chang is thus inspired by them.

紅穀子 Ancient Species

台灣導演，雲南題材，讓人想到《無米樂》，不同的是觀點與紀錄方法。雲南平寨村有一種古老品種的紅穀子，當地農民雖抱怨外來化學肥料對農產不好，但真願意用古老技術種植老品種紅穀子的農民卻很少。本片導演跟隨這樣的一個農家，看到他們的堅持，卻也看到他們難以擺脫貧窮的困境，這戶農家本身也像紅穀子一樣，是現代農村中的稀有老種。

A flaman found an ancient species in the Pingzhai Village. With his proposal, three households started to plant the species in an old traditional way. Unexpectedly, the issue echoes around the authorities and the academia, which then put a high premium on the local agriculture. An excess of fertilizer on the crops in the past has seriously damaged the soil, yet the ancient species still grows well. It somehow reminds the farmers to cherish what they originally own.

創造虛擬偶像「阿貴」的張榮貴，所拍攝第一部動畫長片。少女「冷光飄浮」在碼頭上等待愛人「西風間樹」，就在開船的前一刻，戰事爆發，女孩在混亂中上了一艘奇幻的黑鯨船，船上滿載失意的靈魂，但男孩卻沒有現身。劇情在不同的時空中跳躍，有如線上遊戲，而戰爭的結束與愛情的得與失，都繫於一名充滿我執的少女身上。

Frostlight awaits her lover, Westwind, at the port. Right before the ship sets sail, a war breaks out. Separating the two at the docks, Frostlight quickly boards a mysterious ship and departs on a perilous and fantastic journey. This strange ship carries a cast of helpless and tormented souls, drifting through a mysterious space. Fearing that the evil Asura will strike the ship and steal the souls, Frostlight, against her selfish nature, makes the ultimate sacrifice.

Guei is a 15-year-old color-blind girl. She admires her cousin Xian. Xian has a world map and a whole bookshelf of traveling guides. He often takes Guei on imaginary journeys to a world full of wonders. They guard the secrets for each other and plan to get out of here someday, leaving for a place without loneliness or alienation. The future is a place untrodden, and their Utopia lies at the other end of the horizon. Will they get there at last?

On Mother's Day in Taipei, Chen-Mo makes a date for dinner with his wife, hoping to bring their estranged relationship back together. While buying a cake on his way home, a car unexpectedly double parks next to his car, preventing his exit. For the entire night, Chen-Mo searches the floors of a nearby apartment building for the owner of the illegally parked car, and encounters a succession of strange events and eccentric characters.

Miao Miao is a shy and self-contained exchange student from Japan. One of her classmates Ai becomes her best friend before she’s used to this busy city. But Miao Miao and Ai are completely different in every way. Miao Miao meets the owner of a CD shop named Chen Fei and admires him secretly. But he’s stuck in his tragic past and refuses to let anyone into his heart. That’s when Miao Miao decides to go back to Japan…

A postman in search of the receiver of a mail with no address, learns that it’s the under-age prostitute Lin and that he’s the one who opens the door to death for her. An unhappy high school girl, Fang, is suspected by everybody because she didn’t answer the last call of her best friend Coco before committing suicide. To everyone’s surprise, Lin and Coco turn out to be the same girl. Now the mail has its correct address…
